21 SRV Petit Manseng Viognier

This is our first time working with Petit Manseng, a white grape grown primarily in Southwest France. Although we do not grow it here at SRV, it is showing great promise in Virginia vineyards for its ability to achieve considerable ripeness while retaining great acidity. The oak age rounds out the acidity, while blending the two varieties creates a full-bodied white wine with complex, exotic aromatics and rich texture.
