FearFest – A Night with Edgar Allan Poe
Prepare for a night of thrills and chills at Slater Run’s FearFest!
Join us for an immersive evening as we bring Edgar Allan Poe’s chilling tale, “The Cask of Amontillado,” to life. Set in the dark, labyrinthine catacombs of 19th-century Italy, this haunting performance explores themes of revenge, betrayal, and the depths of human depravity. Witness the gripping story of Lady Montresor and Fortunato unfold as our talented cast, Kerry Waters & Eric Lucas, captivate you with their powerful portrayals during this roving performance through the winery.
A small welcome reception with barbecue and all the fixings, and sweet treats will begin at 6pm. The performance begins at 7pm.
The play will be followed by Monster Mash: A Halloween Dance Party in the Tasting Room with DJ Kitty Biscuits (our very own Liz Carpenter!).
$70 per person / $59.50 club member
Ticket price includes service charge.
**This is a moving play throughout the winery. Please be prepared to walk / stand for an hour.**
